SAP IBP Senior Consultant

Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 + Benefits + Bonus = £105,000 – £125,000 Package (Depending on experience)
Location: UK – hybrid, with travel to client sites and company offices

SK Consultancy Solutions are seeking an SAP IBP Senior Consultant for technology consulting partners delivering SAP IBP and S4 supply chain planning programmes for major organisations.

This opportunity suits an experienced consultant who enjoys translating planning challenges into practical SAP solutions and taking responsibility for a defined functional workstream. You will work closely with business users, architects and delivery colleagues, contributing from early requirements discussions through implementation and ongoing improvements.

The opportunity

• Run workshops to understand how customers forecast demand, balance supply and manage their planning cycles.
• Develop functional designs, define planning areas and deliver SAP IBP solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Take ownership of your workstream across design, build, testing and deployment.
• Help connect IBP with the wider SAP landscape, working with integration specialists to resolve dependencies.
• Guide less experienced consultants and contribute to proposals where your expertise is needed.

Your experience

You will bring SAP IBP consulting experience supported by multiple implementation projects and a sound understanding of demand planning, supply planning or S&OP.

Your background should include gathering requirements, producing functional specifications and designing planning structures. Experience across IBP Demand, S&OP or Control Tower is relevant; Response & Supply and order-based planning would add further value.

You should also understand how planning connects with manufacturing, purchasing, inventory and sales processes. Familiarity with CPI-DS/CIDS, RTI or SDI interfaces would be useful.

Clear communication, confident workshop delivery and the ability to explain design decisions to business stakeholders are essential.

Working arrangements and eligibility

The role combines home working with attendance at client sites and company offices. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without requirement Visa / work permit sponsorships, UK Nationals, ILR/Settled Status is preferred.
