Role Overview

SK Consultancy Solutions is recruiting for an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join an established SAP consulting environment, supporting complex enterprise-level HR and payroll transformation programmes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SAP Payroll professional to take a leading role in the design, implementation and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions across large-scale client engagements.

The successful candidate will combine strong functional SAP Payroll expertise with solution design, stakeholder engagement and delivery leadership capabilities, working across complex SAP landscapes and integrated HR technology environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions.

• Develop payroll solution architectures, technical design approaches and implementation roadmaps.

• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP Payroll solutions aligned with operational objectives.

• Configure and implement SAP ECP and SAP ECC Payroll functionality.

• Design and support integrations between SAP Payroll, Employee Central and third-party HR systems.

• Lead requirements workshops, solution design discussions and payroll comparison testing activities.

• Provide technical and functional guidance throughout the full project lifecycle.

• Work with distributed delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and integration.

• Produce detailed solution documentation, functional specifications and technical design deliverables.

• Support payroll troubleshooting, issue resolution and ongoing solution optimisation.

• Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations and technical proposals.

• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing across the wider SAP delivery team.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive hands-on experience delivering SAP Payroll implementations across multiple full project lifecycles.

• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and/or SAP ECC Payroll.

• Proven experience configuring, designing and implementing complex SAP Payroll solutions.

• Strong understanding of payroll integration with Employee Central and external HR applications.

• Experience delivering payroll comparison testing and supporting payroll validation activities.

• Ability to lead solution design workshops and engage confidently with senior business and technical stakeholders.

• Experience working on complex, multi-workstream SAP transformation programmes.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience coordinating delivery across onshore and offshore teams.

• Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Experience

• SAP Payroll Control Centre (PCC).

• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

• SAP Work Zone.

• Integration with SAP ERP HCM and SAP S/4HANA using Business Integration Builder (BIB).

• Integration with third-party benefits, time management and payroll applications.

• Experience supporting live SAP Payroll environments.

• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience contributing to SAP solution proposals and pre-sales engagements.

Working Model

This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining remote working with attendance at office and client locations as required.

The role is UK-based and will require flexibility to attend client sites depending on project and delivery requirements.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be eligible to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance.

The source requirements specify five years of continuous UK residency, alongside other applicable clearance criteria.

Package

• Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 + Benefits + Bonus (upto £125,000 package)
