SK Consultancy Solutions operate an attractive referral scheme which is open to all. “Good people, know good people” and a referral is when you pass us the details of someone in technology, ERP or business transformation that you believe has appropriate skills and experience for any of our open vacancies and we go onto place that referred individual with our clients within 12 months of your your referral. Referrals are paid on the successful ‘placement’ of each individual referred candidate.

Package 1 – Referral Scheme for ‘Permanent’ placements
We offer £1,000 for the successful placement of each Consultant in a permanent position (regardless of the commercial agreement with our client). This is paid upon the successful appointment of the candidate through a Consultancy Solutions introduction. We pay you once the referred candidate completes their probation period in their new position with our Client.

An ideal full referral is:

1. Name and position of the Candidate.
2. Private email address and phone number.

Package 2 – Referral Scheme for ‘Contractor’ placements
As the commercial agreement for sourcing contractors is different to permanent contingency recruitment, we can offer a £1,000 referral scheme to any referrals of contractors whom we place with our clients.

Package 3 – Referral to New Clients
We offer £1,000 for each person we place at a company where you have directly recommended us to the company.

If we are provided with a prospective client lead which subsequently results in new business and successful placement, we pay you once the candidate completes their probation period in their new position.

Further to this, we will also pay £1,000 to you for each additional person placed!
