SAP Programme Director – £120,000 – £170,000 basic + Benefits + Bonus = £150,000 – £2000,000 OTE (depending on experience)
SAP Programme Manager/ SAP Director is required for an established yet growing practice that is driving expansion of SAP business across S/4 HANA, BTP, Paas, Saas, and cloud with numerous existing SAP Customers across Europe!
The SAP Programme Manager/ SAP Director will have over 7 years of SAP Project/programme management experience and will have managed projects with budget accountability between €5-20m with team size more than 15 people in multi dispersed teams and international experience is advantageous.
In addition to hands on expertise and leadership the SAP Programme Manager/ SAP Director will have gained vast experience of undertaking PreSales/commercial activities (RFI/RFP’s) for a SAP implementation Partner during a significant part of their career. As such the SAP Programme Manager/ SAP Director will have a passion to work with clients, advising them on best practice and SAP solutions.
The Salary offered to the SAP Programme Manager/ SAP Director will be dependent on experience and assessed during the interview process. There will be opportunities to work from home (WFH) but the SAP Programme Manager/ SAP Director is a client facing as well as managerial role and as such the PM must be mobile to work on a Hybrid basis on projects across the EU/UK when the business need arises on the project (travel is expensed)
The SAP Programme Manager/ SAP Director can choose a base office location anywhere in the UK or EU but must have full rights to work in the UK/EU without requiring work permit sponsorship to work in the UK/Europe.
