An established global technology consulting organisation is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Lead / Consultant to join its expanding ServiceNow Practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow pre-sales professional to shape enterprise solutions, engage with senior stakeholders and support organisations on their digital transformation journey.
Working across the full sales lifecycle, you will develop tailored ServiceNow solutions, support complex bids and collaborate with technical specialists to deliver innovative proposals that address business challenges across a broad range of ServiceNow capabilities.
Role Overview
As a ServiceNow Solutions Lead / Consultant, you will combine strong technical knowledge with commercial awareness to lead solution design and pre-sales engagements. You will work closely with customers, sales teams and delivery specialists to understand business requirements, develop compelling ServiceNow propositions and support successful project planning from initial engagement through to implementation.
This role is ideal for an experienced consultant who enjoys working with clients, presenting solutions and helping organisations maximise the value of the ServiceNow platform.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead pre-sales activities and solution development for ServiceNow opportunities.
- Design tailored ServiceNow solutions that align with customer business objectives.
- Respond to RFIs, RFPs and support strategic client engagements.
- Present solution proposals and value propositions to business and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical specialists to validate solution designs across multiple technologies.
- Support project planning, solution strategy and delivery planning.
- Deliver product demonstrations and proof of concept activities where required.
- Work with geographically distributed delivery teams to develop high-quality client proposals.
- Communicate solution benefits, business value and delivery considerations throughout the sales lifecycle.
Skills & Experience Required
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in:
- ServiceNow pre-sales, solution consulting or solution architecture.
- Developing enterprise ServiceNow solutions across multiple platform capabilities.
- ServiceNow implementation and platform design.
- IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Additional ServiceNow products such as HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management (FSM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM) or Source-to-Pay (S2P).
- ServiceNow platform architecture, workflows and integrations.
- AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities, reporting, analytics and workflow automation.
- Working with Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivery models.
- Building trusted relationships with customers and presenting technical solutions to both business and executive stakeholders.
Desirable Experience
The following would be advantageous:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CMA.
- Experience positioning managed services or service provider solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring colleagues and supporting the development of high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
