Location: UK Hybrid (Office, Client Sites & Home Working)

Salary: £90,000 – £115,000 + Benefits + Bonus = £110,000 – £130,000 package (Depending on experience)

An established global technology consulting organisation is seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management Consultant to join its expanding SAP Supply Chain practice. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes while helping organisations optimise their logistics and transportation operations.

Working alongside experienced SAP specialists, you will contribute to business development, solution design and project delivery, supporting clients throughout complex supply chain transformation initiatives.

Role Overview

As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management Consultant, you will lead the delivery of SAP Transportation Management solutions across enterprise transformation programmes. Combining strong functional consulting expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills, you will work closely with clients to understand business challenges, shape innovative SAP solutions and deliver successful project outcomes.

This is a client-facing consulting role offering exposure to large-scale SAP Supply Chain programmes and the opportunity to influence both delivery and business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the delivery of SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management solutions within complex transformation programmes.
• Support the design and implementation of SAP logistics and transportation processes.
• Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Contribute to business development activities, supporting new opportunities and go-to-market initiatives.
• Prepare solution proposals, effort estimates and responses to client opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, delivery teams and strategic technology partners.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across onshore and offshore delivery environments.
• Support successful programme delivery through strong stakeholder engagement and solution governance.
• Promote best practice and contribute to the continued growth of the SAP Supply Chain capability.

Skills & Experience Required

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in:

• SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management and Supply Chain consulting.
• Delivering complex SAP transformation programmes within enterprise environments.
• SAP Logistics and Transportation business processes across the digital core and wider supply chain landscape.
• Functional consulting, solution design and business process optimisation.
• Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
• Building strong client relationships and advising stakeholders on SAP-enabled business transformation.
• Supporting business development, solution shaping and proposal development.
• A proactive approach to learning emerging SAP technologies and industry best practice.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Experience

Experience in the following would be advantageous:

• Large-scale SAP Supply Chain transformation programmes.
• SAP Logistics and Transportation solution architecture.
• Bid management and pre-sales activities.
• Leadership of geographically distributed consulting teams.
• Broader knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Management solutions beyond Transportation Management.
