Main Purpose of Role – SK Consultancy Solutions are currently expanding and seeking to appoint Resource Consultants and Recruitment Consultants to be team based to work on either a fully office based or hybrid model from our Thames Valley Park office in Reading.

  • The Recruitment Consultant should have a minimum of 12 months of Sales/Marketing experience and the Recruitment Consultant should have recruitment experience of ideally a minimum of 18 months with a proven track record of generating sales/placements.
  • We would also be interested in speaking to any vastly experienced Senior Recruitment specialists with a strong track record of placements. Business Transformation

Key responsibilities include-:

  • Sourcing candidates against existing client vacancies.
  • Utilization of company database, Internet Job Boards & headhunting where required.
  • Database management
  • Administration
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Obtaining leads
  • Business Development (Recruitment Consultant)
  • Account Management: (Recruitment Consultant)

Key qualities include-:

  • Clear communicator
  • Understanding of the IT UK/EU marketplace (advantageous)
  • Excellent command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently, flexibly and under pressure
  • Good WPM skills is essential
