Salary: £65,000 – £85,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits (Circa £80-100k package)
Our clients are delivering large-scale SAP transformation programmes is seeking SAP Data Migration Senior Consultants to support major S/4HANA initiatives across the UK and Europe. You will work closely with solution and enterprise architecture teams to drive data migration strategy and execution for multinational rollouts.
Role Overview – What You Will Do

Plan, manage and coordinate central and local data migration activities for regional rollouts

Identify, classify and prioritise relevant data objects

Define the end-to-end migration approach and methodology

Work with functional teams to clarify data structures and field-level mapping requirements

Capture and validate any localised master data needs

Support migration teams in setting up migration tools, templates and execution processes

Plan, coordinate and oversee migration testing cycles and cutover activities
Skills & Experience Required
Suitable applicants should demonstrate:

Participation in 3 or more full lifecycle SAP implementations or upgrades

Strong experience in SAP data migration management and exposure to multiple migration techniques

Solid understanding of SAP processes and functional integration across modules

Background in managing international data migration activities

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics to stakeholders at all levels

Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead and collaborate in team environments

Valid right to work in the UK or EU, without sponsorship

Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous

A proactive, innovative mindset with willingness to adopt new tools, technologies and approaches
