Cyber Security – Change Senior Consultant

Location: UK Hybrid (Minimum 2 days per week in the office)

Salary: £75,000 – £100,000 + Benefits + Bonus = £90,000 – £120,000 package (Depending on experience)

An established technology and consulting organisation is looking to recruit a Cyber Security Culture Consultant to join its growing Cyber Security team. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant with a passion for security awareness, behavioural change and organisational culture to help clients strengthen their cyber resilience through people-focused security programmes.

Working across a diverse portfolio of client engagements, you will design and deliver practical security culture initiatives that encourage lasting behavioural change and embed secure ways of working throughout organisations.

Role Overview

As a Cyber Security Culture Consultant, you will work with organisations to assess existing security culture, identify behavioural risks and develop strategies that improve security awareness and encourage positive cyber behaviours. Combining consulting expertise with an understanding of cyber security and human factors, you will help clients create sustainable security culture programmes that deliver measurable business value.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assess organisational cyber security culture and identify behavioural risks and improvement opportunities.
• Design and deliver security awareness, engagement and behaviour change programmes.
• Develop tailored cyber security culture strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Create engaging communications and awareness campaigns for a variety of audiences.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to promote security ownership across the organisation.
• Apply consulting methodologies alongside cyber security and behavioural science principles to solve complex business challenges.
• Support the development of new service offerings, contribute to bids and business development activities.
• Share knowledge, mentor colleagues and help develop the wider cyber security culture capability.

Skills & Experience Required

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in:

• Delivering cyber security culture, awareness or behaviour change programmes.
• Driving organisational change and embedding secure behaviours across diverse business environments.
• Understanding cyber security risks and the human factors that influence security practices.
• Designing engaging awareness campaigns and translating technical concepts into clear, accessible language.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Applying a broad understanding of cyber security across people, processes and technology.
• Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
• Relevant cyber security qualifications or certifications.
• Keeping up to date with emerging cyber threats, technologies and industry best practice.

Desirable Experience

• Experience delivering consulting engagements within large or complex organisations.
• Exposure to organisational change, learning and development, communications or human-centred design initiatives.
• Experience supporting business development, proposal writing or bid activities.
