SAP Programme Director (EU Wide)

Salary: £120,000 – £170,000 + Benefits + Bonus
OTE: £150,000 – £200,000 (depending on experience)
Location: UK or EU (Hybrid, client-facing)

Our clients are undergoing significant growth across SAP S/4HANA, BTP, PaaS, SaaS, and cloud technologies is seeking an experienced SAP Programme Director / Programme Manager to lead complex, large-scale transformation initiatives across the UK and Europe.

Role Overview

The position requires a senior leader with deep SAP programme delivery experience, demonstrated through:

• 7+ years of SAP project and programme management

• Leadership of programmes with budgets ranging from €5m–€20m

• Management of multi-location teams of 15+ professionals

• Experience delivering programmes across multiple European countries (advantageous)

You will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of SAP transformation workstreams, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of large, complex SAP programmes across S/4HANA and associated SAP technologies

• Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary, distributed teams

• Manage programme governance, budget, scope, risk, and stakeholder communication

• Partner with clients as a trusted advisor on SAP strategy and best practices

• Support and lead presales, commercial and RFP/RFI activities, contributing to solutioning and bid responses

• Shape and influence programme direction, roadmaps and delivery frameworks

• Work closely with technical and functional leads to ensure high-quality delivery aligned to client objectives

Experience & Skills Required

• A proven track record of programme management in SAP environments

• Experience gained within consulting or SAP delivery organisations

• Strong commercial and presales experience, including bid development and client presentations

• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to operate across complex, multi-country environments

• Passion for SAP innovation, delivery excellence, and client advisory work

Working Model

• Hybrid working, with flexibility to work from home

• Travel across the UK and EU as required (expenses covered)

• Base location flexible across the UK or Europe
