SAP MM P2P Managing Consultant 

Salary: £95,000 – £115,000 (DOE) + Benefits

A technology consulting organisation is seeking an experienced SAP MM-IM Senior Consultant to support clients across a range of SAP S/4HANA and Supply Chain transformation programmes. The role spans planning, upgrades, cloud migration, and solution design, working within multidisciplinary teams across complex, large-scale engagements.

Role Overview

You will use your SAP MM and Inventory Management expertise to:

• Deliver functional consulting across SAP S/4HANA MM projects

• Lead or contribute to teams solving business challenges for enterprise-level clients

• Work in agile, cross-functional, distributed delivery teams across the supply chain domain

• Lead your functional workstream through full lifecycle delivery, including:

  • Identifying and validating business requirements

  • Designing and delivering high-quality SAP solutions

  • Applying deep functional knowledge to drive best-practice outcomes

• Mentor and support colleagues, including developing junior team members

• Provide thought leadership based on knowledge of SAP capabilities and complementary technologies

• Contribute to practice growth, personal development, training, and internal initiatives

• Build knowledge in an additional SAP module over time

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in consulting roles across multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or ECC projects involving MM and Procure-to-Pay processes

• Strong hands-on configuration skills across MM, with the ability to lead a functional area

• Understanding of SAP Fiori and flexible workflow (advantageous)

• Proven experience in full lifecycle design and delivery in MM/P2P environments

• Strong grasp of P2P, inventory processes, and Supplier Relationship Management

• Knowledge of integrated module areas such as Planning, WM, EWM, and QM

• Ability to design and define MM organisational structures for P2P landscapes

• Industry experience in sectors such as aerospace, consumer goods, pharma, or discrete manufacturing (beneficial)

• Awareness of SAP’s future roadmap and product direction

• Commitment to developing expertise in emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning within SAP

• Understanding of tools commonly used in project delivery such as JIRA, Solution Manager and Signavio

Candidates should have:

• Consulting experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC across Inventory Management

• Familiarity with WM, EWM, QM and broader SCM capabilities

• Awareness of the latest SAP innovations in the inventory management domain
