SAP PM/EAM Managing Consultant

Salary: £85,000 – £125,000 + Benefits + Bonus (upto £150k package)

A consulting organisation delivering major SAP S/4HANA transformations is seeking SAP EAM Managing Consultants and SAP PM Senior Consultants to join its Enterprise Asset Management practice. Role Overview

As a senior functional consultant within the EAM/PM domain, you will:

• Work as part of a collaborative team delivering solutions across the full project lifecycle, from initial design through to deployment and support

• Provide expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance and broader Enterprise Asset Management processes

• Support clients through problem-solving, process optimisation, and implementation of best-practice SAP solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to solution design and configuration activities within SAP PM

• Deliver end-to-end functional work packages on S/4HANA greenfield and brownfield programmes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated, high-quality solutions

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into robust SAP designs

• Support testing, data migration, cutover and post-go-live activities as required

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and hands-on experience in solution design and configuration

• Multiple full lifecycle implementations, ideally including S/4HANA

• Familiarity with integration across relevant SAP components such as:

  • Materials Management (MM)

  • Procurement

  • Sales & Distribution (SD)

  • Finance & Controlling (FI/CO)

• Awareness of emerging SAP technologies and tools such as:

  • SAP Asset Manager

  • Intelligent Asset Management (IAM)

  • Predictive maintenance capabilities

  • Fiori/UI5 applications

  • Cloud Platform / SAP BTP offerings

Working Model & Location

• Flexible UK-wide location

• Hybrid working with significant opportunity to work from home

• Travel to UK project sites as needed (fully expensed)

• Salary dependent on experience and evaluated during the interview process
